 Towa, in the Japanese language, means "forever". This word matches the vision of Towa Sushi founder, Toyohiko Sato. Beginning in 2003, Mr. Sato and Towa Sushi are dedicated to providing uncompromising quality and extraordinarily beautiful sushi. The restaurant has quickly become popular among sushi enthusiasts in downtown Calgary thanks to Mr. Sato and his team of acclaimed sushi chefs.
Towa Sushi has become famous not only for our generous portions but our beautiful presentation. While dining at Towa, you are encouraged to use your hands, the traditional-style of eating sushi.
